This refurbished ranch house located on a working ranch and offers 2 bathrooms, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a hide-a-bed. Guests will enjoy the fireplace. Fully supplied with all linens, dishes, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, TV & DVD, washer & dryer, and a large deck overlooking a phenomenal view!

Step out our door and enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling from here. Also nearby Rabbit Ears Pass offers 300 miles of snowmobile trails 1/2 of them are groomed and many of them near Kremmling.

Two miles from Parshall and 12 miles from Kremmling. The countryside near Parshall displays high mountain ranches and river valleys surrounded by mountains. Enjoy easy access to fly-fishing and a variety of birds along the Colorado and Williams Fork Rivers. From lazy riverside strolls to spectacular stargazing, any pursuit in Parshall will make you feel like they're a million miles away. Hot Sulphur Springs is about 10 minutes away and boasts a newly refurbished hot springs that is sure to soothe your spirit after a day of fun in the sun.

The best fishing along The Colorado River is below Williams Fork Reservoir, very close to US highway 40 and the town of Parshall.
